Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Branson & Co. is committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities. We believe everyone — drivers, fleet managers, owner-operators, and the people who support them — should be able to use our site to find and order the compliance gear they need.

Standards we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C. These guidelines cover four broad principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML structure with headings, landmarks, and lists
  • Alternative text for product images and meaningful visuals
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, including the cart and account flows
  • Visible focus states on links, buttons, and form fields
  • Color contrast that meets WCAG AA on body text and interactive elements
  • Form fields labeled and grouped for assistive technology
  • Skip links to jump past navigation to main content

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We test our site with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation as part of releasing new features, and we audit older parts of the site as we update them. We know we're not perfect, and we welcome feedback.

Tell us what's not working

If you run into an accessibility barrier on our site — a page that doesn't work with your screen reader, a form you can't complete with keyboard navigation, an image that's missing alt text — please tell us. We treat accessibility issues as bugs and fix them.

  • The page URL where you encountered the issue
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened (or didn't happen)
  • The assistive technology and browser you were using, if you're comfortable sharing

We'll acknowledge your message and let you know when we've shipped a fix.
