Returns Policy
If you'd rather return it
If you've changed your mind, or ordered the wrong product and want to send it back, email us. We'll provide a return address and walk you through it. Returned product in resalable condition — unopened, in its original packaging, in the condition you received it — is refunded in full to the original payment method, with no restocking fee.
We cover return shipping when the issue is on our end (damage, defect, wrong item shipped). For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is on you.
What we ask
Be honest. The Promise is built on the idea that drivers and fleet folks deserve gear that works, and a company that stands behind it. If you tell us a product failed, we trust you. We ask the same trust in return: don't claim a Promise replacement for a pad that was just used up — that's not what the Promise is for.
