How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 1 business day via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Most U.S. addresses receive within 3–5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — international shipping is available. Rates are calculated by destination at checkout.

What's your free shipping threshold?
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $49.95. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll get a tracking email when your order ships. You can also check tracking from your order history if you have an account.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If we haven't shipped yet, yes — email support@bransonandco.com with your order number. After shipment, follow our returns process.

Will a Daily DVIR pass a DOT roadside inspection?
Yes. Every form captures the exact fields required by FMCSA §396.11 — tractor, trailer, brakes, lights, tires, coupling devices, safety equipment, defects, and driver signature. Hand it to a DOT officer at roadside without explanation. The form is designed to help drivers document vehicle inspection information commonly required under FMCSA §396.11. Drivers and carriers remain responsible for completing and maintaining records correctly.

Do I still need paper DVIRs if I have an ELD?
Yes. DVIRs are separate from HOS logs. Even with an ELD for hours-of-service, FMCSA §396.11 still requires a written daily vehicle inspection report for any defects affecting safe operation.

What's the difference between Daily DVIR and Detailed DVIR?

Are AVIR forms compliant with §396.17?
The AVIR forms are designed to support annual inspection recordkeeping under FMCSA §396.17 and the inspection criteria in §393. Drivers and carriers remain responsible for ensuring the inspection itself meets the standard.

Do you offer Net 30 terms?
Not at this time — fleet orders are prepay only.

Can you ship to multiple locations on one order?
We ship to single addresses per order. For multi-location fleets we recommend separate orders per location.

Do you offer custom-branded forms?
Not at this time.

Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout works for any order. An account speeds up reordering and lets you track shipments easily.
